Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were terrible, tucked away in what felt like an attic on the 4th floor, with a musty bathroom that was not hygienic and had a urine smell. On the upside, the service was mostly excellent, with the staff being helpful and lovely overall. The location was a bit far out for my liking, but it worked well for the conference I was attending. The dining experience was okay, not worth the additional cost. Facilities were lacking comfort and hygiene.
The hotel was suitable until I looked out the window and it was facing two metal shipping containers in a car park. The room had a few issues like the toilet door that couldn't be locked. The booking was for one person without damaged bathroom sanitair.
The hotel had beautiful and spacious rooms, great for a comfortable stay, but might feel cramped for those who suffer from claustrophobia. The service was outstanding, especially with the Hungarian girl at the reception, although there were some issues at the bar. The location was convenient, just a few blocks from a metro station. The dining experience was a mix of chaos and special moments. Overall, a nice place to stay with a few hiccups.
The hotel had very good and very clean rooms but they needed updating. They were spacious but decorated blandly, not in line with the rest of the hotel. The service was mostly friendly and extremely helpful, although not consistently so. The location was close to everything but needed some improvements for a better overall experience. The dining options were disappointing, especially for guests with dietary requirements. The facilities were satisfactory.
I had a pleasant stay overall at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and well-appointed, although there were a few issues like the inability to lock the toilet door and difficulties with room cooling during the summer heat. The service, despite some instances of arrogance and rudeness, also included super nice and accommodating staff. The location was convenient, being near the Cornelia metro station for easy access to Rome city center. The dining experience, while lacking some vegan options as requested, had some disappointing aspects like limited breakfast choices. The facilities were adequate, but there is room for improvement.
I stayed in a suite that was well away from the main hotel. The room was not soundproof, making it hard to sleep or have private conversations. There was no dresser, only a small clothes rod above the mini-fridge. On the plus side, the staff was very approachable and professional.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfy with a good mini bar and coffee making facility. The service was very helpful, especially from Mr Andrea who organized our transfer. The location was a bit far out, but the hotel grounds were amazing. The dining experience was decent, but the breakfast room was a bit uncomfortable. The facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I was given was terrible, located in what seemed like an attic on the 4th floor, with a significant amount of mold in the bathroom. On the bright side, the check-in process was quick, allowing us to settle in after a long journey. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and staircase leading to them was a bit lacking. The breakfast was nice with plenty of options, but some service staff were not as accommodating, turning away guests with shopping bags at the bar.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were cleaner than expected but showed signs of wear and needed upgrading. The service was helpful and accommodating. The location was a bit disappointing due to some nearby construction. The dining experience was decent but overpriced.
The hotel had pretty nice rooms with a nice big bathroom, but they were very small with basic furniture. Despite booking for three people in one suite, the sofa bed was made up, which was suitable until I looked out the window and saw it was facing two metal shipping containers in a car park/building site.
The hotel was positioned directly under the window sill, which made the rooms quite small and tight. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was poor, and I could hear everything from snoring to phone buzzing from other rooms. On the bright side, the service was pleasant and helpful, except for a rude male waiter in the restaurant. The location, although a bit out of town, offered free parking and was peaceful. The dining experience, with coffee from a machine, was just okay. The hotel lacked some facilities but still managed to provide a lovely and sufficient stay.
The hotel was very elegant but had very thin walls leading to noise disturbances through the night. The location, near Cornelia metro station, was wonderful with fast travel to Rome city centre. The dining experience was a disaster with dirty glasses and poor organization. Overall, a mixed stay with some positive and negative aspects.
