Th Roma - Carpegna Palace, Rome

I stayed in a suite that was well away from the main hotel. The room was not soundproof, making it hard to sleep or have private conversations. There was no dresser, only a small clothes rod above the mini-fridge. On the plus side, the staff was very approachable and professional.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfy with a good mini bar and coffee making facility. The service was very helpful, especially from Mr Andrea who organized our transfer. The location was a bit far out, but the hotel grounds were amazing. The dining experience was decent, but the breakfast room was a bit uncomfortable. The facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I was given was terrible, located in what seemed like an attic on the 4th floor, with a significant amount of mold in the bathroom. On the bright side, the check-in process was quick, allowing us to settle in after a long journey. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and staircase leading to them was a bit lacking. The breakfast was nice with plenty of options, but some service staff were not as accommodating, turning away guests with shopping bags at the bar.

The hotel had pretty nice rooms with a nice big bathroom, but they were very small with basic furniture. Despite booking for three people in one suite, the sofa bed was made up, which was suitable until I looked out the window and saw it was facing two metal shipping containers in a car park/building site.

The hotel was positioned directly under the window sill, which made the rooms quite small and tight. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was poor, and I could hear everything from snoring to phone buzzing from other rooms. On the bright side, the service was pleasant and helpful, except for a rude male waiter in the restaurant. The location, although a bit out of town, offered free parking and was peaceful. The dining experience, with coffee from a machine, was just okay. The hotel lacked some facilities but still managed to provide a lovely and sufficient stay.

The hotel was very elegant but had very thin walls leading to noise disturbances through the night. The location, near Cornelia metro station, was wonderful with fast travel to Rome city centre. The dining experience was a disaster with dirty glasses and poor organization. Overall, a mixed stay with some positive and negative aspects.
